Dense slides lose rooms. When every report is a wall of text and every deck looks the same, good ideas get ignored and data goes unread.
This two-day course teaches the design thinking behind clear business visuals, then pairs it with AI-assisted production so participants can turn information into presentations people actually follow. It is a design-thinking course, not a tool tutorial; teams wanting hands-on Canva training should look at Mastering Canva for Presentations with AI.
What your team walks away with
- Design fundamentals that make slides and reports look professional
- Data turned into visuals people understand at a glance
- AI-assisted workflows that cut the time from idea to finished deck
- A before-and-after redesign built from their own presentation
Who this training is for
Anyone who presents, reports or pitches at work: executives, managers, sales and marketing teams, and support functions who prepare decks and reports.
What participants practise
- Structuring a message so the visuals carry it clearly
- Layout, colour and typography choices that read as professional
- Turning raw data into charts and infographics that inform rather than decorate
- Redesigning weak slides into clear ones, before and after
