The data is there; the answers are not. Likes, reach and impressions pile up every week, but turning them into a decision about what to do next is the hard part.
This two-day course turns numbers into decisions: reading platform analytics, finding the keywords and trends that matter, and building a content plan backed by evidence instead of guesses. Participants analyse real campaign material where possible, with approved or sample data otherwise.
What your team walks away with
- Confidence reading Facebook, TikTok and Instagram analytics
- Keyword and trend research skills for planning content
- A data-backed content calendar built in class
- AI-assisted content creation inside a structured campaign plan
Who this training is for
Marketers who already run social media channels and want data-driven campaigns. Foundations are recapped at the start, so teams without formal training can still follow.
What participants practise
- Reading platform analytics and knowing which metrics matter
- Keyword and trend research for content planning
- Turning findings into content angles and campaign ideas

What participants bring
Access to their organisation’s social media accounts is helpful for practice; approved or sample data is used where that is not possible. Basic digital marketing familiarity is assumed.
