Is Copilot earning its licence fee? A licence on its own does not change how a team works. If Copilot is sitting unused, or being used like a search box, the missing piece is knowing what to ask, where it genuinely saves time, and how to keep company data grounded and reviewed.
This two-day hands-on course builds real Copilot skill across the Microsoft 365 apps your team already uses, and shows how custom AI assistants can support everyday workflows. Participants work on guided scenarios and approved or sample material, with grounding, permissions and human review built into every exercise.
What your team walks away with
- Working Copilot skills across the Microsoft 365 apps they already use
- Prompting habits that produce grounded, reviewable results
- Hands-on practice shaping a custom AI assistant for a real team scenario
- Responsible-use habits: permissions, grounding and human review
